Perfume Review | Marc Jacobs DOT |

Oops, more money spent yet again! Ive been looking at this perfume for a few weeks now and I know it's like a year old now but I've only just discovered the smell and I'm in love. But at around £50/60 a bottle, I cant afford to be that much of a fan. Until fate stepped in and found me the most amazing deal so I could smell pretty thank's to Marc Jacobs. I'm the biggest fan of floral smells and this was just that, not a clue what the scent was exactly. It's definitely a soft smell, that isn't too strong (which i prefer over strong and harsher smelling perfumes), it's a very summer-like smell and once that smell hit my nose I couldn't resist and looked around for the best deal. And of course once I stopped looking when I found this deal.

Also thanks to Tom needing to drop into town for his course, and his punctual self meant we arrived half an hour early, leaving me some time to search a few shops on the way. Needing some hair products (which will be reviewed soon) I found myself in Superdrug. And now more superdrugs have a Perfume shop as part of their stores, and I found my pretty perfume on £10 off deal, this is when I became drawn in. I tested it yet again and the woman in the store was so kind. She put up with me as I umm'd and ahh'd and laughed at me as Tom told me off for being so indecisive. I could attempt to give you every detail if I tried, so I'll cut it down! Once I said yes to buy this beauty at £40 the woman noticed the last bottle she had left was in a poorly looked after box and knocked 10% off. So now I'm buying a bottle of expensive perfume at £36 and I'm so happy.

Not only that she decides to throw lovely free samples at me as an apology. Honest I had no problem having a horrible looking box but I couldn't complain when she gave me these samples. I did have a little test of the samples although I was more excited to spray DOT, but from what I remember they had a stronger scent and less floral than I usually go for but still smelt lovely all the same.

I'm loving this perfume now but I'm too scared that soon the bottle will be empty. So it's a real battle of whether to make myself smell lovely or hope that the last spray is still strong enough...does that even make any sense?

What's your favourite perfume at the moment? And which would you love to try next?

    1. I don't think I've smelt that one, I'll check it out next time I'm shopping hehe.
The bottle is so lovely but a bit bulky, which is unlucky!

I think I'm going to try out his other perfumes..just because I like this one so much.
