Superdrug Haul.

I've been patiently waiting to share this post with you, not sure why it's taken me a couple of weeks though...but then again I don't expect anything less from me.

I'd like to say I treated myself because I deserved it, but realistically I probably didn't and my bank balance certainly wasn't in the best shape before I spent the money I did (I won't be sharing the amount I spent as that's just too painful). I was going through a little bit of rutt when it came to my makeup, I struggled to find the inspiration to paint my face on a regular basis, I got bored and just popped the basics on before heading the work most days. We were heading to a family party a few Fridays ago and I just decided fuck it I'm gonna pick up some new pieces and I've not regretted it.

Hand on heart, every piece I picked up in this haul I've used constantly since my first purchase. Before going into details etc, etc, I just need you to know how much I love the products and highly recommend everything and with that being said, I'll go into a little more detail now...

I didn't need to pick this up but some times a new nail polish makes me feel fabulous! I'm quiet the nail biter so sometimes it's best to stay clear of picking up new colours, my nails have been doing well and I hadn't picked up a new polish colour in months and I thought this shade was beautiful! A purple shade with a brown undertone look. There's nothing really special about it, it still chips like crazy but as I've already mentioned...I just love the colour *heart eye emoji*

MUA Eyebrow Pencil // £1
After using eyebrow palette for the last couple of years I was tempted by a pencil. I've picked up two pencils, this one being the cheapest and the darkest in shade, It's a great shade and works well with my brow, unfortunately compared to the other pencil (which I'll discuss a little more next) this one looks a little patchy and definitely doesn't give off the most natural look. But when it goes right, it looks wonderful.

Rimmel Professional Eyebrow Pencil // £2.99
While I wanted to try the pencils the previous shade I was worried would be WAY too dark and this one would be too light, so I went ahead and purchased both. Although I complained a little about the other pencil, it works as a wonderful combination with this one. This pencil is verging onto ablonde shade, so  I've been using this on the inner brow and the darker one at my arch.

Maybelline Colour-drama lip pencil; Nude Perfection // £4.99
This is the second time I've purchased this lip pencil and I can't honestly say I'm obsessed. It's the perfect nude shade and because it's a pencil it's gives a more precise application and has a matte finish. I'm sure the majority of you picked this up when it was first released so I'm sure I don't need to say much more.

Makeup Revolution Flawless Palette //  £8
Again, another repurchase. If you remember this palette was mentioned what felt like hundreds of times on my blog last year, a 32 shade palette means endless choice and with me constantly wanting to improve my makeup skills this is perfect for me. I have a full review coming soon on this, but I highly recommend this palette to EVERYONE.

Makeup Revolution Ultra Contour // £8
I've been desperately trying to improve my contour skills for months now and it was looking horrible until I picked up the freedom contour stick although it's easier to apply than a powdered product I wanted to give this palette a go. Thankfully this has a few shade options so I can either go subtle with my contour or go the full wack, it also has some gorgeous highlight shades which are to die for! I think I'm FINALLY getting to grips with contouring & highlight, woohoo.

Rimmel Day 2 Night Mascara //  £7.99
I love a new mascara and this one just really appealed to me. I obsess over a full and lengthy look when it comes to my lashes and I tend to hit lucky with the mascaras I use, but I was getting a little bored..I hadn't tried anything new for a while. This states to create two different looks, a mascara that can quickly change a day look to a night, while I'm a little skeptical, I still want to give it a go. I want to fully review this in another post so I don't want to give too much away, but it does what it says add the right amount of volume and length to my lashes.

Collection Fast Stroke Eyeliner // £2.99
I've been wanting to test out more eyeliners recently, I've got my good old trusty makeup revolution eyeliner pen which I've managed to master using, give me another liquid liner and all skills are out the window. I've been wanting to just a bottle product like this for a while as I feel like the tip would be sturdy. I'm still getting to grips with this but hopefully over time I'll master it like the rest.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick 066 // 077 // £4.99
I didn't need more lipsticks, nope, no way. However since changing up my hair, I can't seem to find a shade that suits with the silver hair. I'm not too sure why, but I prefer the nude look. But I came across both of these lip colours and couldn't resist. Realiscally they're both the same shade, 066 is just that little been darker in shade and the one I perfer to wear the most between the two.

And there you have it, a long post today.
