Monthly Movies: October.

MONTHLY MOVIES: OCTOBER.

Phew, what a couple of months it's been. I wish I could sit here and tell you I was back to my blog schedule and that my motivation has returned...but, you guessed it. It hasn't.

It's almost December and I'm finally sharing my October monthly movies...

I could sit here and tell you that I've been busy with working but most of this is down to pure laziness. You can potentially sense a rhythm with my blogging as of lately - I'm just not into it as much as I used to be. I want to write a full detailed post about how I'm feeling, my creativity and the direction I want to take in 2018. So I'll give you all the juicy gossip when I finally get round to writing that post.

I was adamant that the change in season would bring back my creative spark; the dark wintery nights would inspire me to stay at home and write blog post after post with a cuppa at hand. However I'm fairly certain I haven't spent a full day off at home in almost a month. Whether I've been at work, meeting new people or hanging out with my friends and family, I haven't had much time to think about my blogging life.

It's always been at the back of my mind - I just haven't had that thought process of 'I'm going to cancel all plans; take photos and write posts'.

I miss blogging, I really do. I just can't switch away from this creative block that I've got in my head. I'm either filled with ideas w/ no inspiration to start them or generally have no energy to do anything but stay on the sofa all day. Truth be told; I'm envious of those who have this creative spark, I'm envious of those who can move past their creative block and oh my life, I'm so much more envious of those who continually have projects and ideas to work on. Lemme lend some of your energy, please and thank you.

Whilst I'm starting to get worked up over my lack of creativity, I'm constantly reminding myself that I don't need to force this - it's only a little hobby after all. I can write as and when I like about whatever I please. So today, almost a whole month later...I'm finally sharing with you my movies from October.  I have no idea where I found all the spare time but I got through quite the chunky list, in fact I watched the most amount of films in this month than I have done since January - woah. (if you remember reading my first post back in January you'll remember that I wanted to watch as many as possible throughout the year and slowly but surely, ran out of time, focus and just enjoyed watching TV series over films anyway.

It's almost the end of November and I've been watching a couple movies a night to pick up this months list. To be totally honest, I've been WAY too busy with work and other bits and pieces to be stressing about how many films I've been watching. But with us only a day away from December, you can sure I'll be watching my fair share of Christmas films from now on, Home Alone anyone?
