// BLACK PRINCE OF WALES CHECK LONGLINE COAT //
// ROKOKO OVERSIZED CREW NECK JUMPER //

One of the many, many reasons why I love winter is for the clothing; the heavy winter boots, the snuggly jumpers, thick knitted beanies and wrapping up in a scarf. Legit, my favourite thing ever.

I'm *attempting* to save my money a little this month, attempting and failing I might add.

Although at the moment my money is going towards household items and an overdue new pair of glasses - whey.

Luckily I've kept hold of last years winter wardrobe and have my pick of wooly jumpers and warm winter coats but a little window shopping never hurt anyone (...correction, it's painful). I can't purchase all of these gorgeous pieces and oh my, I'm so glad I have even the slightest bit of will-power.

With this Wishlist I was trying to look for the more casual winter wear and you can probably notice an obvious theme with the thick knits, stripes and tartan and if I'm being completely honest I've been wearing similar pieces to what I've included here since the start of November, my favourite being my green knitted jumper, which has already had some overwear. I've been trying to take inspiration from some of my favourite online creators when looking at clothing recently; trying to go out of my comfort zone and experimenting with colours and different combinations like Helen Anderson.

However this post takes a lot of inspiration from the minimalistic wardrobes of people like Lucy Moon and dodie clark.  Lucy Moon recently shared a video about creating a capsule wardrobe and whilst I don't think I'd accomplish this completely; it's something I want to take inspiration from and recently I've had this urge to head to my local high streets and check out all of the charity shops - because if you've never tested out some charity shopping, please do. Because when you're lucky to find something that fits you perfectly, it's amazing.

My best friend from university actually introduced me to checking out charity shops for clothing and it's amazing what you'll find when having a browse.

I've been on my bus journey into work this week and I've spotted a similar longline coat in a charity shop, it's just I'm either too lazy or haven't had the chance to head in that direction early enough before work...hopefully it's still in the window and I can check it out the next time I go into work.

At the moment I'm finding myself reaching for my baggy jumpers, comfy t-shrirts and hoodies before anything else - and I'm not entirely sure what the rest of my wardrobe has done to deserve this kind of treatment, I just don't feel comfortable in those pieces recently which is possible that this Wishlist looks as casual as it does. You may remember a couple months back I started sharing outfit posts and I'm hoping once I'm out of my creative and clothing funks; I'll begin sharing outfits once again, so keep an eye out for those.
