||The Craft Box Company|| The Birds Nest Necklace Box; Review.

So a few weeks ago I got in touch with 'The Craft Box Company' to review one of their boxes. After discussing with Katie, I was sent a box which is 'coming soon' on the website. So I was very excited to be one of the first to try out this box!
I've given jewellery making a go lots of time & collected lots of bits & pieces of things I want to make, so creating something like this looked like so much fun and finding a company that send you jewellery that you make yourself was really interesting to me.

How cute is the box, everything was sent so neatly, cute and compact.
Once I opened the box and read the instruction and saw the pieces I was given, I became so scared as to whether I'd managed to make this...and so the struggle began.

When trying to follow the instructions I became a little lost and couldn't follow each step too well. So I improvised and found a way to create the 'nest' a way I found easiest.
-The instructions tell you to place the beads on the wire before wrapping the wire around to create the birds nest, however that got too complicated and I created the nest and placed the bead where I wanted them. (The sad thing is, I looked at the website afterwards and seeing the photo in better quality helped make sense of the process I was meant to take.)

I then connected the jump-ring around the top of the 'birds nest' before connecting it to the necklace and voila! The process took no time at all, however I believe that this probably wouldn't be the best 'first time' box to purchase for beginners as even to me it became complicated.

Overall, I'm very impressed with what I achieved and have very happy comments to make towards The Craft Box Company, Katie was so friendly when speaking to me and the box came in great condition. I look forward to seeing what else they bring out and I'm excited to possibly purchase more craft boxes from them.

Please go check out the website at www.thecraftboxcompany.co.uk and see what's available. I'm sure if jewellery making is something you want to try, as a beginner this is something that's worth a go. Not only at a good price, it's something different and gives you all the information you need to start making your item.

Also, I'd love to hear if you've purchased already or thinking of purchasing from The Craft Box Co. and how you thought of your box and also I'd love to see your results too.
